Automatic release of no-shows
If nobody taps Start on the door panel within the window you set, the booking ends and the room shows as free across every calendar.
Door panels
A tablet outside each room shows today's schedule in red or green. Book the next 30 minutes, extend a meeting or end it early from the panel.
Equipment and capacity
Each room lists seats, display, video bar, whiteboard and accessibility. Search for a 6-seat room with Teams Rooms on Floor 1.
Works from the calendar people already use
Book from Outlook or Google Calendar as usual. Room Finder adds check-in, release rules and the door panel on top.
Report a problem
A broken HDMI cable or dead marker gets reported from the panel and routed to facilities with the room name attached.

You can use any compatible Android tablet or iPad. We also supply panels with wall mounts if you prefer one supplier.
Can we turn off auto-release for some rooms?
Yes. Boardrooms or interview rooms can be excluded or given a longer window.
